If your black tank is ABS, I would use ABS cleaner, followed by black ABS cement, to cover small hole. If it was a large crack, Id use fiberglass screen, for added strength.

Make sure the repair area is completely dry first. Use several thin coats, letting cement dry somewhat, between coats.
