Not exclusive to Keystone either.
You got that RIGHT! ;)

The black tank flush line in my 2016 Arctic Fox TT was also plumbed backwards.
It wasn't actually the anti-syphon/vacuum breaker valve, it was the backflow check valve which is threaded into the downstream side of it.
