Previously posted but the post never showed,
1. Can you provide full DOT serial. With that info we can tell the company that actually made the tires.
2. Can you post clear close-up pictures of the tire and failed area? With that info I might be able to help all to understand what the actual failure, and possible cause, was. If we don't learn the real cause then the "corrective" action we take may not address the real cause.
