Tires are Electra 235/85 R16 HLT load rating E. I suspect its the proper tire,no?
Pressure is 80psi as rated trailer weight is approximately 12,000
Looks like your weights are OK, you would have to load the fiver to it's full GVWR and pin weight would have to remain equal to dry pin weight (which isn't going to happen) for you to hit the tire and/or axle limits. So you should be OK there. With LT tires, speed is not an issue. Your setup looks level, so shouldn't be overloading the rear axle. I personally don't believe you have an axle alignment issue, usually that causes wear issues, not blowouts. A TPMS system with temperature readout (especially one with internal sensors like TST internal sensors) might tell you if tire temps are running hot. But that is a long shot.
I find very little info about Electra brand tires, who makes them, where are they made, so they may be suspect. Hopefully you have switched to name brand LT tires already. Otherwise several points to consider. 1) when one tire fails, other tire on the same side is overloaded and can have internal damage if driven more than a short distance. 2) debris from the failed tire can damage the other tire as the tread and steel cords flail around. 3) if you have frequently jack-knifed the fiver close to 90 degrees, especially on pavement, then side stress on the tires may have caused internal damage. Same thing if you have hit curbs or lots of potholes.
