On the days you have tire issues was it a hot day and you had reduced the inflated pressure, of the tires blown did they have abnormal tread wear or uneven across the face, had you checked the tires each 60 miles by putting your hand on the sidewall for hot sidewalls or had the tread separated from the casing? Does the trailer sit level on both axles to equalize the weight, what position on the trailer did they blow or it didn't matter? Have you hit many curbs/potholes or scrubbed the sidewalls on corners? This is not a smart ass answer but the very basics in investigating causal factors for tire failure and pertains to all tires despite brand or manufacturer.
