Blowing tires on 5th wheel

I used to use Tow Master tires on all my utility trailer and then they weren't available. Last set of tires I bought was Carlisle tires at Discount Tire. I was skeptical as they had a bad history of blow-outs, and I told the guy about the history of them. I was assured that they had been re-engineered for higher speeds and higher temps. So I did some research and yes they were re-engineered. I guess my point here is make sure you do your re-search and get the tire that is rated for what you need and don't just get the minimum as you surely have. Spend the extra few $$$ and get what will work for you. Just like my tow vehicle, I will never by anything but Michelins ever again as the longevity and performance is superb. When I upgrade trailer in the near future I will make sure of all the weight ratings on wheels, tires and axles as well as the rest of the unit weight ratings. Don't worry about all the sarcastic remarks, they too wen through a learning curve as some point in their life. Doing what is best and right takes time. just like experience, Quality Takes Time.
