Thanks for your info and to all the others who responded in kind. I got some good tire suggestions and now it's up to me to do the research and get the right tire for my needs.
I will post Michelins response to my questions about the XPS and the "summer only" label. Would be good to have the manufactures recommendation out there for the record.
