Regrooved is not a retread. The 614's are a commercial tire used on low bed semi heavy haul trailers. The last set I had on a toyhauler were 8 yrs old when the 1st one blew. You can't go wrong but when upgrading tothose you need wheels rated for 110 psi. So the $16/1700 for the tires plus all new wheels can damage your budget.
