It really surprises me that your hitch didn't fit and really bothers me that they haven't responded to you. Not like them at all. Several on the ford-truck forum have ordered them, in fact, one just received his last week and it fit perfectly. This hitch is a great alternative. I just put on a Curt front hitch on my F350 to carry a front kayak rack and may end up buying one of these as well.
