Body shop repair

I think you're looking for an RV repair shop. I don't think a body shop, which is a shop that works on car bodies, is going to be what you need.

body shops might not have wood working tools.

i'm sure there's a good RV repair place in your area, not a dealer but and independent, that's where I've had my best luck over the years.

FYI to do it right in replacing the floor, slide will need to be removed and tipped on the floor so they can get to the that hold it in place. Not a real quick fix. (don't ask how I know-just had 3 done due to bad seals.

It really depends on which floor is bad. A bedroom slide might not have to be removed. I redid the floor in our bedroom slide without removing the slide. It's a bit inconvenient, but definitely do-able.
