It maybe a FR product, but other mfr's have had same issues. Within those same mfr's, quality control has gone south with some divisions. Tanks are designed to travel down the road loaded or empty. If one is going someplace way off the beaten path and totally dry camping, they have to take full fresh tank of water from home.
