Boondocking - power transfer switch (DC to AC ) quit working

Talked to an rv parts guy. Ordered a new switch. He sd the coil likely went bad and wont pull the switch down. I have no way to connect shore line...very poor connection to internet. Boondocking in utah. Will look at pdfs when in town later when go in to get new switch. Hopefully that will fix it. Since I can manually operate it it doesnt seem like a delay circuit issue?
