Brake and Bearing Specs for Dutchmen 5th W Colorado, 31RL

I did get under my rig and here is what I found on that tag. NVR 132113. Plus LC152-SB-85.0-68.5-NOSP-OS-L-665-72225. On-line what cameback was given as 412920 and 3.371" OD and 2.25" ID Timken (National).

My question now is what does all this information mean? Can someone kindly translate this into layman terms?
