Don't believe you'll be able to do anything with the IBC on the 2010, (I owned one), to where it'll work with electric over hydraulic...B.O. gave a "fix" that wouldn't be that hard to do or that expensive...I would think replacing the IBC in the 2010 to where you have one similiar in the 13's, (which offer electric over hydraulic) could run into some money, IF it can even be done)..
In fact, if I were going to inquire, I'd rather go to a reputable hitch installer than go to a dealerships service dept. to get this particular problem addressed....the hitch installer/dealer would probably be FAR more capable of dealing with the problem and have access to any harnesses needed....AND would probably be cheaper than anything done at the dealership
