I have read numerous threads where various rigs seem to lack sufficient support under the shower pan. When this gets fixed you might ask them to place some additional support under the pan so that you don't get a repeat when the rigs out of warranty. My guess is that a couple of bucks in 2x4s/support would have prevented this issue.
