My 2 cents worth is stay away from trailers that use particle board instead of marine grade plywood or as a minimum exterior ply wood. Water leaks are devastating to particle board and many trailer do not get proper routine maintenance for caulking and leak. Also plumbing leaks are common. Water leaks are not always noticeable until their is severe damage. Visit the manufacturers web site to see how they are built. If the information is skimpy or not well defined-- look for another manufacturer. New and used trailer inspection should be done like they do boat surveys.
