Our first fiver was a Montana 3400RL we found out-of-state on Craig's List. It was in perfect condition and the previous owner had already upgraded the tires to G614's. We stayed below $30,000 with original purchase, added 2nd air, washer/dryer, and Travler Dish on top.
We ended up with a excellent 38' unit that served us well full timing for under $33,000.
I agree, if I decide to sell my Montana 3400RL, somebody out there would be getting an excellent fifth wheel.
