x2 on Excel. We love our 97 that we found on Craig's list three years ago for $6500! They are constructed in house including the frame, upholstery and woodwork. All oak, no particle board. They are made in Smith Center KS so look for used in the midwest. Larry's RV in North Platte NE has a couple of good looking used ones. The new ones are $$$
