I ordered mine for all the reasons stated above. It took less then 2 months to get it.
* One piece of advice - Know when the new model year rigs start being built. Changeover date is not the same as Ford, GM, etc that you may be used to (Sep ?). I ordered my fiver in May/June 2013 and picked it up on 9 July. It was a 2014 model. It will be nice to sell or trade as a '14 instead of a '13 when the time comes.
