It really depends on where on Bull Shoals you're talking about coming from.

If on the south side, you do best going thru Mountain Home to Hardy and Hwy 63 thru Jonesboro into Memphis. Last 100 mi. (past Black Rock) is on interstate quality roads.

Coming thru Missouri to Kennett is no picnic. From Kennett to Hayti's Bridge to Dyersburg and Jackson, TN is easy, however.

I would go east on US-412 to Jackson TN and I-40 east to Nashville
