More common than one might think. Look inside in that area and youll probably find a cabinet cleat or partition. Some dummy on the line used too long of a screw. If not then their was a piece of debris on the panel between the layers and they ran it through the pinch rollers. Says a lot for any Jayco QA or QC, or any delivery inspection by the dealer.
The dealer will have some excuse so do not buy it. He'll just leave it on the lot until someone comes along who will does not notice it. To repair would require changing the entire wall panel.
