bumper attachment to 5th wheel

We have a 2008 3 slide keystone Challenger 5th Wheel, 30 TRL. The bumper appears to be loose on the curbside. Before I remove the coroplast, to inspect the design and how it is attached, has anyone experienced this problem?

    I have made inspection holes in coreplast by slitting a hatch configuration in.It will bend open and depending upon what needed to be done was done through the hatch or the sheet was removed.I sealed it with eternabond tape along the seams when done.
