you should look at toy haulers with a loft as well. Some of them have two beds that come down from the ceiling plus a loft over the garage area. Some of them even have a second bathroom and with that many kids you might need a second one. The only downside with most bunk house models and toy haulers is that the kitchens are small with little storage and the fridges are usually small. They do work well for short trips. One other note, the toy haulers usually have large water tanks.
