Brian, I know that you stated " new", but... Excel built (just recently closed-up shop) some "VERY" well made units. However, it appears that 31 or 32 feet in the shortest! They were even guaranteed down to a -20 F. Which means quality insulation....works both ways, hot or cold! A "used" well maintained unit can be had within your budget!
