Hard to go wrong with a B&W Companion of whatever flavor you decide on. If you go with a long bed, then no slider needed. If a short bed, you =might= want to consider a slider, especially if you get a 2wd truck. Usually a shorter turning radius than 4x4. I have an older Companion on my B&W Turnover Ball (gooseneck) base and wouldn't consider another hitch.
