Buying my first Toy Hauler

I pull a 28 foot toyhauler with my 3/4 ton pickup and have to say I don't have a lot of weight left, I figure my hauler is running close to 10,000 pounds loaded with toys and 7200 dry.

Yes I'm finding this out that counter space doesn't come easily in a toy hauler. Unfortunately its a deal breaker for the wife. I'm willing to give up some haul space for this though. My toys are pretty small and don't require much space.

I guess I should also start looking at the weights on these. I believe my capacity is 12000 pounds.
