Put everything you want included on paper first and work from there. Be prepared to walk if the deal is not close to what you think its worth. There is profit built into everything, and the dealer needs profit to stay in business. How much you give him is up to you.
The first thing you need to know is the selling price of the rig you are interested in. NOT the MSRP or sticker price but what are these things actually selling for. The sticker MSRP on our 5th wheel was $59,000. We paid $39,000. So the MSRP is a joke. You will need to do some research to determine this. Ask other owners go on that brands forum and ask etc.
Once you have the price present an offer to the dealer and state that you want these things included in the purchase price. You may have to walk a few times but after some give and take you hopefully get your RV with the options you want at a price you are happy with.
Hope everything works out well for you and that you get your RV.
