The B&W Companion works with the B&W turnover GN hitch. It comes in two pieces so you can remove it fairly easily. There is one drawbolt on top torqued to 40 ft lbs and two "U" bolt clamps torqued to 80 ft lbs that clamp the hitch to the locked post that goes into the square socket once you remove the GN ball. It allows movement both for & aft and side to side, tows like a dream. It also allows adjustments for up, down, fore and aft. Takes about 15 minutes or less to remove and I'm an old man.
