When I bought the now gone '06 F350, mine jammed as well from crud. A few whacks with a hammer (a piece of 2x4 between that hammer and the pin) and a pry bar got it out. You will need an eye bolt (1/2") in the bolt hole in the pin. You might try from underneath the truck. If I recall, you can actually look up and see the opening. A 2-3 foot long piece of rebar should work as a long drift (pull the latch pin out first). My '11 truck luckily has the 5er option along with the proper B&W base and my previous hitch head:B
