B&W head height?

I've moved from a 4x4 F350 SRW with a Superglide and Super-rails, to a 4x4 F350 DRW. Time for a new hitch. I'm leaning heavily towards the B&W companion, but concerned it could be too tall..?? I know they are adjustable, but their lowest setting seems pretty tall.

Anyone know the height difference between the Superglide and B&W when installed? Or, would anyone be willing to measure their Superglide or Companion from bed height to level head height?
