CA is canceling Red Stickers for 2022

It's not like no one saw this coming -- the red sticker program was created in the 90's to give manufacturers time to come up with bikes compliant with emissions regulations. That apparently hasn't been the case, manufacturers have been happily selling red sticker bikes instead of investing in the technology to make green sticker compliant bikes more competitive (both in cost and performance)
