This is the correct answer. A properly constructed raised panel door blank must fit loose in the door frame. It will expand and contract perpendicular to the grain from humidity changes. The only long term fix is to separate the frame, remove the blank and cut it slightly smaller. The blank should be about 1/4" smaller than the inside groove measurement of the door frame.
