Check that chart again. There isn't any 26k combined restriction for not for hire. As long as your truck weighs more than 4k# unladen, you can pull up to 15k fiver, but you do need the recreational vehicle endorsement above 10k.
You can also drive a 2 axle single vehicle with a GVWR up to 26k.
I don't understand one part - it says under class C, any 3 axle vehicle of 6k. 2 axles up to 26k, 3axle up to 6k? I don't get the reason for that.
