If doing both ends of the springs you will gain an inch if the holes are an inch apart. If you are only doing the center link only 1/2 inch. I only had the lower hole in the center hanger and only gained the 1/2 inch. 130 bucks: well if you don't want to mess with it then it might be about right. Shop labor is 80-120 bucks an hour depending.
