I have a 5er about 40' long. I do not have a camera, but I am sure they have blind spots like anything else. When I get to a site and have to back in, I just take my time and get out of the truck occasionally so see how things are going. Keep in mind, that you not have to be aware what is to your rear, but on your sides, and above.
