Campground Closed

The answer is yes, they are closed unless they get some sort of private funding. National parks, monuments, BLM, forest, army corps all have been clearing out campgrounds and closing gates (if there are gates, some BLM lands can't really be closed).

I have seen a few COE parks work with counties and/or concessionaires and those could possibly be open if they get enough money from non-government sources.
