Campground Closed
Does anyone know if the Corps of engineer parks are closed. I would like to know about Twin Lakes campground in Oconee S.C.

We have an update on park closures due to the government shutdown. Currently, all Corps-operated campgrounds & parks that are normally open this time of year at Hartwell and Thurmond Lakes will remain OPEN through Oct. 20. The Hartwell and Russell visitors centers are closed during the shutdown. Thurmond's visitors center will remain open through Oct. 20. For questions, please call the Hartwell Office at 888-893-0678 or the Thurmond Office at 800-533-3478.
