Can anyone recondmend a good Redwood dealer?

Thanks for proving my point...the MS I spec'd out had an MSRP of $156 and it was an order not sitting on a lot. They wanted just about $115 for it...got basically the same quote from several MS dealers...

I have been looking at all the above rigs too. Could you please list the dealers who have the Mobile Suites or Excel Limiteds loaded, I am talking options, full body paint, etc with MSRP's, not sell prices for low 100K's. The Landmark we priced loaded was in the low 100's, MSRP. Not talking sell price, but MSRP. Since I have been quoted a sell price of very low 70's for the loaded Landmark. I would think the DRV or Excel should be in that selling price too then according to the prices you have listed above, if that is MSRP and not selling price. I can't find a sell price for a loaded up DRV or Excel, 2014 models for less than mid 90's.

Aren't choices great! We had the opposite feeling...liked the Landmark better, for us think it was the interior, which to me is more modern in the Landmark. We had the truck for the MS, but couldn't justify the price difference...we too are happy with our choice!

Perhaps kakampers' 5w was really loaded. I also looked at some prices in Michigan (cheaper than Ontario) and most of the DRVs are well under $100k, including well equipped ones. For $100k, I can easily get a fully equipped full-length slide out 36ft Lifestyle locally as well. There are lots of nice choices at $100k price point.

One interesting note - here in Ontario, there's only one Excel RV dealer. And they told me that Excel wasn't selling well at all, so they also started selling Redwoods. They carry far more Redwoods and Excels in their stock. Apparently, Redwoods are selling better than Excels.

Exactly! It has every option available and some that were not...i.e., Mor Ryde IS and disc brakes and few other things we were able to negotiate.

I didn't buy off the lot...we special ordered and all the units we spec'd out were special orders...big difference!!!

To each his own...wasn't all that impressed with Excel...glad we do have choices.

I heard from a reliable source they build only 50 Excels a year and they run production a couple of days a week.

My reliable source? A dealer that doesn't sell Excels--LOL. But he says he knows someone that works at Excel and I believe him.
