I've camped to -30C is my R7 rig but I've been doing this for some time and have modded the rig pretty good for cold weather camping.
Most campers are to "wimpy" to cold weather camp in an RV, takes some effort and for the most part I've yet to see a rig you could buy off the shelf that could handle it with out modifications. Everything from sealing holes in the floors to heat trace wire on the water and sewer lines just to start with.
Yes, I have seen all manner of RV brands up north, with lots of modifications to them. Porches on the outside seem to be a must in the snowy locations. We are doing OK with our Okanagan, but would like a bit longer. But good build equals heavy tow!
