Cant for the life of me figure out how to fill water tank?

We have a 2016 XLR 24hfs. We have managed to camp at places that have all had water hook-ups except one. So I thought ok, no big deal. We can fill the water tank... Not so simple, or I am a moron, on...

Also if the hose is on, it will stay pressurized inside the pipes and the pump won't cycle because it already has pressure. Turn hose off then open faucit inside and your should loose water pressure till nothing comes out. Flip on the pump and it should re-pressurize the pipes.
