Cant for the life of me figure out how to fill water tank?

We have a 2016 XLR 24hfs. We have managed to camp at places that have all had water hook-ups except one. So I thought ok, no big deal. We can fill the water tank... Not so simple, or I am a moron, on...

Been filling my until it overflows for almost 10 yrs and traveling with it full..but that is what can be done with a good quality RV
