Cant get hitched-Trying to leave
I just cant get my dual jaws to close around the king pin. I need to get down the road.

Some hitches were not meant for using a lub disk. I think you may have one. The distance the lub plate adds causes the trailer pin to not line up with the tab others have mentioned hence your jaws do not close.
