Can't make any Adjustments on my trailer brakes

I have a 99 gmc sierra, new style, and recently replaced the 6-pin trailer connector to the 7-blade connector, my mechanic hooked this all up and now i dont have any adjustment for the brakes, the bra...

Yeap thats the problem we are running into, with it being a "new" style 99 some wiring diagrams are for the wrong truck when stated it is right, we are just going to have some beers and mess with it some night together....at least we can chalk this up as a learning experience...at least some of us dont know it all...or least can admit it...thanks again everyone....any more thoughts would love to hear!!
