one thing to remember CO is slightly , even if its mounted in the bed of the truck and higher than the rig, who knows what happens after it exits the truck bed.
The easiest way to narrow down the source, DON"T run the Genny.
Carbon monoxide is actually slightly lighter than air but it's so close that they basically mix to all levels.
