Exhaust is pointing towards the tailgate. Tailgate is open at 45 degrees because it hits the trailer jack. so the ehaust is blowing up.I think this maybe your problem if calm (no wind)as exhaust cloud will hang in one place and displace the oxygen.

When the wind blows a certain direction you either need to reorient your rig or run an exhaust extension. I use the Genturi product both on my previous TH and current TC when the winds are not in my favor.
