carlisle tires
Anyone running the new Carlisle Radial trailer tire ? Discount Tire seems to be pushing them here as new and greatly improved. Anyone know of a 15 in LT tire?

I was and may still do up a good tire report for a change on them. Most don' realize that they came up with a new design similar to Maxi a few years back and that is the new duratrail tire. I bought a set when they first came out a few years or whenever it was ago and they have been great. We just got home the other night from a 3 week road trip to the Oregon coast and put on 5000 km over the 3 weeks and not a glitch on them. Father in law put a set on his fifth just before we left too and no issues on his either. Carlisle does have a lot of tire stories out there but there are a lot of good reports on the new design. I think they made a good improvement and may get some people on board if they stay working properly and word gets out that they are not the design of old.
