This is the only way to go for me. After a year of research on this, other RV and transporter forums the Michelin RIBS stood out as a great tire. I've had them for two years still going strong.
Many of the posts from high mileage drivers during my research indicated they were getting more miles out of the Michelins than they have with any tires. Most were on their second or third set with no issues other than normal wear. These were folks that average 200 to 300K miles every year towing heavy trailers (cargo or recreation).
