Carlisles ST's? Straight Up, Yes or No?

Replacing tires on 30' Cardinal tomorrow. Had decided on Cooper LT's. Having 2nd thoughts and really in a dilemma. Have heard so many horror stories about Carlisle, but also hear they have cleaned up their act. Please don't recommend any other tire as I am confused enough, lol. Thanks ya'll. (my search did not answer my specific question.)

    Until I heard from actual users of the new Carlisle ST tires I would never put them on anything I owned.

    Come to think of it, I wouldn't buy a Carlisle ST tire even then. Fool me once...

    My vote is a big, huge, ginormous, very loud NO.

    thats true people say there better now? but I think we need some time before we say that.say couple years. my choice is cooper.lt
