Agree, the older as in what you are looking at, is better than the new.
Around 2005-2006 we were in the looking stage. Only 3 builders had what we were looking for in the quality of build that was acceptable. Alpenlite, Mobile Suites & Carriage. The Carriage we had eyes on was a 33CK3. Center kitchen, 3 slides. JMO but not as well made as a pre 2006 Alpenlite or Mobile Suite but a whole lot better than most of the others. Hitch Hikers of that era were good too but have small freshwater tanks which took them off our short list.
