Driving *any* RV over, or even close to, it's maximum design capacities poses a great risk to the driver and his family. Actually, to all others on the road.
Stopping distance is heavily dependent on the weight you're carrying. Running overweight might *only* increase your stopping distance in an emergency situation by 5 or 10 feet. That can easily be the difference in killing someone or causing a serious injury and avoiding a wreck. I bet most of us who have driven long enough have avoided wrecks by less then 5'. I know I have.
If you cause a serious wreck, the police will impound your rig and weigh it. If you're running overweight, the injured parties lawyer, and the judge, will have a field day with you.
There are ways to lighten the load like not hauling around excess water, making sure tanks are dumped, running with your fuel tank half full, etc.
Or get a rig better suited to your TV.
If running overweight is something you're determined to do, then be sure to increase the distance between you and the vehicle in front of you by a long distance.
Free advice. Worth what you paid for it.
